Default Jobs auctioning jobs to job hunters : lowest salary is winning bid

Just heard this on the AM radio in my car pool this morning. Wow! Just wow!

Anyone know more about the details? Radio guys said this was a German guy's idea and it's actually perfect for Blue Collar workers, as they tend to do just that when it comes to contract labor. But apparently, this might move into white collar individuals.

Color me ignorant coz I ain't never heard of this til today.
