hi rev imports
ordered 05 sti accessport and invidia v2 downpipe from them towards end of july..... 1.5 weeks later, I finally get tracking# from them for the accessport, nothing for my downpipe yet. Surely, almost 2.5 weeks after the order date, I finally get my accessport, and it worked perfectly as it should. Well, I didn't really let the DP get to me but finally after nearly 3 weeks, I got sick of waiting because I emailed them 3-4 times and got no reply back on the status of my DP, so I took action and called Invidia myself.... to my surprise, they told me they just got the call for a DP order from HiRevImports yesterday, which was like 3 weeks later from the actual order date. All that time, I was thinking Invidia had a backorder of some sort.. guess I was waay wrong. I emailed HiRevImports to ask them about that.. usual stuff, no reply. Well I called Invidia again and finally got my tracking # and surely, received it in 5 days, a month after the order date.
The only reason I decided to order both from them was to make it easier and it was free shipping for both.... no idea it would take that long for 2 items to get dropshipped from the manufacturers. Overall, to be honest, I think they gave shytty service after they charged my CC.

Im dealing with the same thing right now. I emailed them on July 28th to see if they had the COBB Stage 2 in stock. They replied quickly and said no but it would be shipped in a week and a half. Well I paid for it and still no stuff. I have emailed and called but get no responses. In the last email I told them that if I didn't hear from them by Monday at noon I was filing a claim with Paypal and my bank.

hmmm, well hopefully you get your parts, and you should do what I did..... call the actual manufacturer of the parts you're getting and see if they ever got an order down for watever you ordered from HRI... they might tell you wat Invidia told me, "...we just got the order in yesterday.." (2+ weeks after actual order date from HRI)

I actually got someone to answer the phone today. His name is Chris, who's title is director of operations. I explained to Chris what my issue was and he was very apologetic. He told me that there had been some problems with the email "farting out." He also told me that he had to fire a bunch of people and that things would be getting better. He actually ended up staying late to package my order (that had arrived today) and get it ready to ship out tomorrow. He then emailed me tracking numbers and again apologized. So maybe that had a bad month or something. I guess it happens. So my suggestion would be to email chris and deal with him directly. He seems like a pretty cool guy, and was cool of him to step up and stay late.

well, when i ordered, i ordered via telephone.... and yes, i spoke with chris, and I asked for his name in case I had to contact him again.. he happily gave me his name and told me his email was on the website so use it if i needed it.. i did ,and well, didn't work so I just did wat I did------> called up the manufacterers who were gonna drop ship it to me....
But we'll see how things go for them once he hires new employees. |

Hi Rev Imports Robbed Me
I ordered an accessport 2 weeks ago from Chris.It was supposed to be 3 day delivery. I tried calling and e-mailing for a tracking number, no answer. On the fourth day I got in touch with him. He blamed it on Cobb and said it'll be overnighted that was 2 days ago and Ive been calling and e-mailing for a tracking number ever since. The best part is I got a race tommorrow at island dragway. Maybe Ill have the stupid thing by winter. Oh yeah my buddy got his AP from the same place...it did absolutely nothing

dude stuff takes time, im sure Hi Rev ordered it, im sure they sent the Purchase order to cobb tuning, and cobb is probly backed up and hasnt had it shipped yet.... your acting like not having this is a life or death situation... robbed you hardly? just open up cobbs website and jerk off at the pictures until it comes

so it takes a bad review for an answer You NEVER sent me tracking info and you NEVER returned my calls so if anyone has a problem with there order post a bad review youve done nothing but waste my time I could've had this thing from someone else and if you did send me tracking info I should have gotten it by now anyway

HiRevImports came through for me
I ordered a bunch of stuff (some special order!) from Chris 2 weeks ago. Picked it up today..no problems. Its my first transaction with HiRev, and he was golden! He knows the subaru!
I have dealt directly with cobb in the past, and know what kind of delays (3 months +) one can deal with direct. Im sure the vendors have the same problem. |

look all I wanted was a phone call or an e-mail that said what was going on. If I knew when and where my package was then Id be fine.But I thought I was getting the run around and the last thing I needed is to get ripped out of 600 bucks Im sure Chris is great with the scoobys just not with customers. I guess I dont deserve an apology either oh well he's probably pissed cause I started this thread. If it wasn't for this thread I would've never got in touch with him
