Romania is bad for sales, but their service department gets a great rating. The parts people will look up endless numbers of parts (because they are as into the cars as the customers).
The turn-over rate for Romania's salespeople is super high, our sales guy had moved to Chevy a week after we purchased. You can tell immediately that the salespeople don't give a rip about subie performance, features, etc. Our sales guy conceded during the first 5 minutes of our visit that we prolly knew more than he ever would, so we should just take the car for a drive already! They all drive Toyota SUVs
We bought the first eugene 00 RS from them as well as the first eugene 02 TS, both the day they got off the truck and got decent prices on both. We had to haggle to get the deal we wanted (6 hours to get the RS and about 4 for the TS) and we always end up with the deal we proposed in the first place. It seems like they would treat return customers with a little more respect? But for sure, the next car I get will be thru Carr's internet sales program--absolutely no hassle and Ken is really nice and respectful.
