Question 04 wrx sedan 245/40-17 17x8+46

i own a 04 wrx sedan and have done alot of searching in the forums and have not found out exactly what i wanted to. i am going to purchase mb motorsport weapons 17x8+46 and i wanted to know if they are any good or not? i also was going to go with 245/40-17 and wanted to know what tire brands are considered to run narrow? currently i am on stock suspension but wanted to go with megan racing coilovers, so some oppinions on those would be nice too. is that combo going to work well? also what is a good affordable wet/dry street only tire? i appricciate any help you can offer
