Default Enkei Offset?: which of these more detrimental to wheel bearings on stock 06 STI

Looking for new winter wheels and steering towards ENKEI's (think they are much better than the overrated Rotas and about the same $)

Stock BBS = 53 mm offset 8 width

1. Enkei ZR-2 42mm/7.5"
2. Enkei ZR-1 40mm/8"
3. Enkei RS-V 45mm/7.5"

Again my question is on wheel bearing long term damage.

The guy down the street from me has been rolling the ones you listed as #2 for over a year now. No issues for him so far on his daily driver.

Quality may be better than Rotas, but the offsets are not. None of those are particularly great for cars that should have +53 offset wheels. At least Rotas are +48. If you really don't want Rotas, you might try to find something with a better offset.

Enkei makes some excellent wheels - but I wouldnt go less than ET45...

here's some other Enkei choices, many of which are available in ET48 or higher:

for non-Enkei/Rota choices, TireRack has lots of low-cost wheels at ET48 or higher
