Default Turbo help please!

Does anyone know if a TD05H turbo from a 95 WRX RA STI will fit on my USDM 2002 WRX? Or will I need to modify?

Thanks for any help!

That's going backwards. It's a significantly older bearing design, and the chances that it will need a rebuild in the near future are pretty high. Buy a modern TD05 or get a VF30 or 34. They come up used all day long. For an extra $100 or so up front, you will get far more reliability, and the correct inlet without having to make modifications to the turbo that can quickly add up to the $$$ you saved on the old turbo...

smart approach. They are often sold with pinks to complete the conversion. Patience is often rewarded. It's taken years, but I just picked up a Rimmer Supercharger for my car...

whoa a rimmer sweeet
what ya gonna do for EM?

the td05 flows signifantly more air than a vf30/34 but will have to be modified to work ..i wanna say in the neiborhood of 20% more cfm at 1 bar ..i don't find the lag to be that bad it spools at 3k rpm .. which is right in power band w/ the 4.11

Jaxx,
I see you already found one of the threads about it. There's a couple of them floating around...
