Default Swaps that work ....

I was just wondering what swaps are out there that HAVE been done and proven for the RS.

I know the STI swap is one. But I mean some of the others that most ppl might not do.

Are there any bigger possibilities ? Like any 6cyl swaps maybe even 8cyl ?

Reason I am asking is b4 I bought my RS I was planning on doing a Nissan 240 RB25 Motor swap. Just wondering what kinda power I could drop into the RS that might be similar ?

Discuss away.

no 6 cyl unless you fabricate it like XX Tuning.... http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=911106

subaru has never had any 8 cyl

they had a 12 cyl F1 engine but no...

read this forum, there are tons of swaps, the wrx and sti's from japan from 1994+ motors all are good options.

but of course not the EJ22T in the legacy turbo, its crap and isnt even worth considering.

EZ30 from any legacy H6. older svx H6 is 3.3L but longer(harder to fit) overall. either is cool, has been done, and is attainable with modest skills and less modest budget!
