Default 2.5i Catback on 2.5 RS?

Paging through my Drive magazine I saw there is a performance catback from SGP but it says its for the 2.5i, my question is would it fit my 05 RS without any problems?

the main difference is an AVT system similar(but not the same nor compatable with) to avcs.

the catback portion should be the same though.
