Default Rattling cat

I just put on a full exhaust on my car. TWE headers, Stromung high flow cat, Stromung catback, all brand new.

First of the cat had a leak in the main body, which I had welded up, but it also rattles like hell whenever I accelerate. Is this at all normal? I'm really disappointed in the cat; I thought for the amount of money it cost, it would be perfect, not leaky and noisy.

No it's coming from the cat area. I did have a Stromung catback on, which was way too loud, so I've temporarily gone back to the stock catback. The rattle happens with both setups.

I do have Group-N engine and transmission mounts, and everything up front is solid as a rock. I had someone else rev the car while I was under it (in a pit) and I can tell it's definitley coming from the cat.
