Default Will STI Suspension fits 02/03 RS?? Please give me advice!

I am looking for replacement of my bended Right rear strut. After i did some research base on my driving style:
1. Just normal Daily driving
2. Better handling compare to my OEM suspension

Here is my choice(planning to change the whole set):
1. 04 USDM STI whole set of suspension(Strut+spring+anything else actually?)
2. 02/03 JDM STI suspension (same thing as above)
Please friend told me that not to get 05/06, because they might not fit. But i would like to know if my two option is going to fit my car. My suspension set up is everything OEM + 17mm WRX sway bar.

ANyone did that before?(what do you think with those setup?)
or if you want to sell those item, PM me, thanks!

Get the 04 STi struts with JDM STi pink springs and STi group N strut tops. This is a proven combo for a fun DD that will kick the crap out of the stock RS suspension.

05/06 STi suspension will not fit without modification. You'd have to modify mounting holes and whatnot...just not worth the effort. You can find yourself some V7 or V8 complete takeoff units for really good prices.

Thats funny that the 05' RS uses the 04' STI bolt pattern. Wonder why they changed it.

umm 5x100 has been traditional on all the Subarus for the last decade up until the 05 STi go the 5x114.3.
