Default 264 or 272 Delta cams?

I have to replace my head gaskets on a my99 and I figured I might as well do cams while I am in there. Whose has which, and what kinda of improvement should i see from each? I'm not looking for anything crazy, but I would like to get some noticable gains. THanks for your help
