Default wheel/tire vendors in Canada

Any suggestions? I'd prefer not to buy from the States because of the shipping and duties.

Thanks for the info. I'm checking out Tiretrends now.

Just out of curiosity, how much would the duties/tariffs be for wheels from the States?

I just bought a set of 18 kuhmo ecsta MX, they were on special at tirerack.com.

tiretrends sells them for $200.00 bucks each
tirerack had them on special for $100.00 each (however they aren't that cheap anymore)

So even with shipping and duty (which is about $100.00cdn), it was waay cheaper from tirerack.com

Just keep your eyes open for good deals, they are there to be had.

Dude, we live in the GTA. There are hundreds of shops close by!

Here's a few to try:

Steelcase Tires N Mags (Markham) - Jimmy/Dave/Steve - 905-479-8884 (I bought my rims from Dave)
Richmond Hill Tire - Georgina/Ed - 905-737-5705
Tirecraft Concord - Jeff/Dan - 416-750-0044
Tirecraft North York - Tony - 416-654-8433 (my personal pick to buy from)

Just off the top of my head!

I got my set of Kuhmo's from these guys. Don't mind their exceptionally crappy website, they have a really nice shop.

If you go to Steelcase tell any one of those guys said Mats Sundin sent you!
They'll know who you mean!

Tony at Tirecraft North York is seriously one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet, he will definitely take care of you!

Depends on what you want in a summer tire, IMHO;

For all out grip and performance: Advan Neova
Good wet weather performance: Goodyear F1 GSD3
Bargain performance: Kumho Ecsta 712

Where'd you end of getting them from? How much did you pay for each, if you don't mind me asking?
