Does someone have the sheet that specifies the factory settings for rebound and bump for the DMS 50mm suspension? I need the setting for all the different uses (rally, tarmac, etc.)

[FLASHBOY] I'm using RalliSpec's logon right now.

Jamie, can't get in touch with Dave. What I need are the factory specs so I have my baseline. My notes are like +2 clicks harder, etc. The setup is for rally actually so I'd be grateful to get your specs.

Lee, I left you a message.

I think DMS are recommending softer baseline settings than before, actually.

Start with 12 clicks back from full hard on the bump front and rear, 0 rebound.

You can adjust the balance of the car from there. If you need more bite in the front soften up the bump. If you want it to rotate easier stiffen the rear bump. 1 or 2 clicks at a time will do it. If the rear end wants to kick up in rough sections increase the rebound 1 click.

It's going to depend a bit on what you are running for swaybars, diffs, etc. what the best settings are.

The data sheet that came with the 50mm DMS's that I just got last week recommends these settings:
Mine have the standard "street" springs (225 front and 180 rear)

fr bump - 16 clicks (from full hard)
fr rebound - 1
rr bump - 16 clicks
rr rebound - 0

fr bump - 12 clicks
fr rebound - 1
rr bump - 12 clicks
rr rebound - 1

fr bump - 10 clicks
fr rebound - 2
rr bump - 15 clicks
rr rebound - 0

fr bump - 15 clicks
fr rebound - 1
rr bump - 15 clicks
rr rebound - 0

fr bump - 12 clicks
fr rebound - 1
rr bump - 15 clicks
rr rebound - 0

Hope this helps.
