compression too high
engine blow up...

Supercharger is much harder to do, It'll have to be custom and cost alot.
Turbo can be done using WRX parts. You might be able to get 230hp, but you'd just be asking for your engine to die. You'll need some kind of Engine Management, it can be reliable. But if it Detonates, that'll be the quick end to your motor.

Do searches in the Aftermarket Forced Induction forum, there is tons of information on this subject.

the answer is:

none of the above.

if you want 230 hp you should get a WRX.

afaik there are no boosted 06s yet, and due to the redesigned heads it will be even harder than previous engines to boost reliably.

and previous generations were nearly unboostable anyway.

on top of the management woes of the previous cars, you'd have to negotiate for cam crossover!!!! if you want to try, go ahead, but you'd better be willing to spend upwards of 5,000 just for the parts and management.

just don't do it.

and again, wrong forum.

but since you asked, the advice of the majority would be either swap the engine or just trade in for a wrx.
