Default need help

Alright I am replacing my headgaskets on my99 rs. While I was attempting to loosen the drivers side cam pulley bolt, one of the idler pulleys, which i had loosened. came off, and my timing belt slipped and that cam pulley also moved. So basically I have an engine with none of the timing marks marked on the belt or the pulleys. THe heads are off now, and the crank is at TDC, what can i do to rotate the cam pulleys to where they need to be when the 1st cylinder is at TDC? thanks

Brent

Not sure if this'll help, but this is for the 2.2L SOHC which should be close enough to help you get the timing right.

i have the FSM, but what I am unsure about is which aligment marks to line up. TDC is different then having all the marks on the crank sprocket and cam pulleys at 12 o'clock.
