Default Correcorrect way to read OBDII Scan for fuel trim

After modifying to 850 cc injectors on 02 wrx.....get reading all over the place at idle or do I read when rev. up to 5000 rpms and letting off gas or do I keep a constant rpm rev. ? Should adjust in the parameters section to get +-7 at idle or adjust O% column in fuel map on utec...
