Default DIY Torque Wrench #'s

I'm new to Subarus but have always been a DIY (Do-It-Yourselfer). One thing that I've found that is important (but often overlooked) when DIY install/repair are TORQUE WRENCH #'s. I've done some searching but haven't found an all inclusive thread. I'm hoping this will become a Sticky. Help me out guys.

If you have any info please post.

do you mean torque specs for some specific application? Ask the question and people will let you know - there are many people on here with the service manuals, etc.
