Ermmm... I think you meant to say "rotors" up there instead of "calipers" in the H5 section

Sweet. So they replaced the pick links with these aluminum pieces? And does that mean no more pink boxes to break?

Right - - subaru now offers both

you can still get the pink steel setup with the "box" if you want.

see - https://www.subarugenuineparts.com/p...oducts_id=1029

and there's yet another lateral link kit shown here:
https://www.subarugenuineparts.com/p...roducts_id=711

but the Aluminum kit seems to be the most popular by far.

What style endlinks do you have to end with these lateral links? The STi style, or the older, WRX setup?

according to www.spt.subaru.com

the alum lat links fit model year 2002-2006 Sedan
and thus one would assume stock end links from WRX/RS
within those model years would be just fine...

Yes.
the pads are not the same

to do this conversion, you would need 2002 style rear wrx pad kit.

2000 RS uses the same rear brakes as a 2002 WRX

thus you just need the rotors + brackets

see this option:

Jamie do you have the red Subaru 2 pots (the ones that Kartboy's adapters are designed to work with)???? How much for the calipers/pads? And will this rear brake setup work:

- kartboy 2 pot adapters
- red fhi subaru 2 pots
- h6 sized rotors

Also, can I use subaru bucks on the subaru 2 pots?

Thanks.

1) yes we have these calipers in stock

2) yes you can use subaru bucks, pm me for the details

3) NO you cannot use H6 rotors. this setup requires 06 wrx or 05 GT rotors (same thing)

4) yes you can use the kartboy adapters

5) you also need the proper pads, ships, pad clips and hardware

let me know what other questions you have

do you have to use 17'' wheels to clear the calipers, or will the stock wrx rims work? BTW, going on a 98' legacy sedan.

Stock WRX rims will not work

Older model 2.5RS wheels will work (16")

or you will need 17" wheels to clear these calipers....
