~$350 per panel.

As for the cost for the conversion... hard to say. A standard OEM conversion is just the cost of the fenders, bumper and fender liners (and paint of course). It is when you start doing things like molding the front lip into the bumper, shaving side markers or other very custom stuff that it starts to get really expensive.

the lower edge of the sedan fender is in a different location than the wagon. also think about the lower profile of the bumper... the whole side is further out and the wagon liners will not reach out that far.

actually yes...

depending on if you are getting new parts or used parts. there are a few clips and things that do not come with the main part if you buy new parts from subaru. like the side clips on the fenders that snap the bumper in place, and the plastic plug that the headlight "pops" into... and more.

yes, there is a part (part number 57707AA left and 57707BB right) for the bumper that is riveted in, not sure if you can just pop that out without messing it up too bad. I just bought new ones, they are about $6 each. I thought that the side fender clip was different but according to subaruparts.com it is the same part number.

Oh, and the headlight "plug" thingy... is a major PITA to get out. It helps having 4 or 5 hands .
