Default Which Redline Tranny/Rear Diff Fluid to use for 6Spd???

Need advice please..

Apparently my 4th and 5th gear sti 6 spd tranny grinds. Heard good things about Redline tranny and rear diff fluids. Does anybody know which Redline Fluid I need to buy for my car? How many bottles to order for a full 6 spd tranny/rear diff flush? Where is the best place to order them online?

Redline only recommends 75w90ns for the tranny and 75w90 for the rear dif.

Check this out. Scroll down to STI power pack

Care to explain why you believe this to be true?

Many people use multi-grade fluids, ie: Redline 75W90, for the rear diff w/out any problems.
