Post H6 recall or problems?

I wanted if any of you H6 owners have encountered any problems,
with the "Check engine" light, or with the radiator fan belt.
My sister in law has a 6K miles on her H6 L.L.Bean and already took it back to the shop 4 times, and still they did'nt fixe it, even after bringing a guy from SOA
Do you guys think she has a Lemon?

Sounds like you have a lemon law case. Most states only require you allow the manufacturer or it's agent(dealer) no more than 3 attempts to fix the car. I would call SOA and tell them that you will formally file a Lemon Law claim with them if you do not get satisfaction immeadiately. SOA settled out of court with me and ended up buying back my car for full retail. So it can be done Bottom Line, new cars should not be in the shop that much!!!!

I have a friend in a similar situation with a 01 RS sedan.

CEL, 2 O2 sensors, ECU...

Catalytic Convertor is next.

Lemon Law or lease-buyback if that doesn't work.
